This may include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, mirror and glass cleaning, making beds, garbage removal, baseboards, interior microwave cleaning, surface and counter cleaning, dishwashing, and all typical rooms - bathroom, bedroom, hallways, living room, kitchen, etc.
Please indicate if you need oven or refridgerator cleaning as these require some special planning and time set aside.

Different from cleaning, this is a coaching service in which I support and collaborate with you, my client, to physically clear and organize your space, with my expertise and as you see fit. Together, we will define your goals and design a plan. I will help sort through items, guiding you to make decisions on what to keep, donate, sell, or throw away. You are welcome to take the lead and in those cases, my Body Doubling and other coaching as needed can help keep you focused.
Other ways I may specifically support:
creating organization systems that work for you
labelling, categorizing items
choosing what is to keep, what is to donate (if anything), and what is to throw away
finding efficient storage solutions
assisting you with delivery of donated goods
coaching with the emotional aspects
creating realistic goals and plans for keeping you organized going forward

Since this is virtual, you would be doing the physical aspects on your own, but I would remain present and available as you go through the process. Together, we will define your goals and design a plan. I will help sort through items, guiding you to make decisions on what to keep, donate, sell, or throw away. Entirely different from my other services, this is a coaching service in which I support and collaborate with you, my client, to orient and organize your life around accommodating a disability you may have that requires specialized care and/or meal planning. Do you have to avoid restaurants or potlucks due to it not being worthwhile to suffer the health consequences (food allergies or intolerances), but you feel overwhelmed by navigating the change this would mean to your lifestyle? Do you have some severe environmental allergies, like mold, dust, or fragrances, and need support navigating how to manage this and still enjoy your life? Do you need support with the executive functioning skills around getting into the habit of meal planning, cooking, preparation, etc? Are you trying to sort through your monthly hormonal symptoms and suspect you may have PMDD, or know you do, but aren't sure what to do to improve you life from here? Having a lot of hard-won personal experience with all of these things, I'd be so glad to assist you compassionately in navigating all this, so you have greater competency, knowledge, autonomy, and an organized system in your life to integrate meeting these needs more seamlessly. Together, we will define your goals and design a plan. I will listen carefully and hare my expertise and guidance as appropriate. I know how exhausting navigating these disabilities can be and I am here to support you so it can be easier for you.
